Some Tottenham fans heartbroken after reports claims Harry Kane has told Spurs he wants to leave

Some Tottenham Hotspur fans were left in tears after reports emerged claiming Harry Kane has asked to leave the club this summer.

According to Sky Sports, the Spurs frontman has told the club he would like to depart the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at the end of the season. However, The Athletic have gone one step further and claimed the England international is ‘desperate’ to leave the club with the Lilywhites having no intention of selling their star man.

Kane featured once again on Sunday afternoon as he scored the opening goal in the club’s 2-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers. It left the number nine joint-top of the Premier League goalscoring charts alongside Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah.

Amid everything that has been going on at the north London outfit, letting their star player depart in the summer would be the biggest issue facing the club.

Whilst hiring a new manager is a priority, losing and attempting to replace your greatest goalscorer in recent history will probably be the club’s biggest challenge this transfer window.
