Naby Keita is in danger of missing the rest of the season for Liverpool after limping out early against Barcelona on Wednesday.
The Guinean dynamo lasted only 24 minutes of the Champions League semi-final first leg at the Nou Camp before being replaced by Jordan Henderson, and The Mirror have reported he has sustained a groin injury.

Keita, who earns £120,000-a-week at Anfield according to Total Sportek, is still being assessed by club medics, but early indications suggest he could be out of action for a month which would obviously mean the rest of the season.
It is a huge blow for both Liverpool and the player himself, with Keita having produced some much better performances of late.
The £52.75 million signing from RB Leipzig (The Liverpool Echo) made a sluggish start to the 2019/20 campaign but lately he has displayed why the Reds forked out so much for him.

He would surely have been in Jurgen Klopp’s plans for the two remaining Premier League games, but it’s looking highly unlikely he’ll be able to feature in their run-in.
Liverpool fans react
Plenty of Liverpool fans took to social media to voice their sympathy for Keita, with some suggesting that it’s now time for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to shine:
