Some Leeds fans want 19-year-old to play on Sunday, he's been compared to Ronaldo

Some Leeds United fans have waxed lyrical about Crysencio Summerville’s latest display for the Whites Under-23s.

Mark Jackson’s charges picked up their second Premier League 2 win of the season on Friday.

Leeds U23s ran out 3-2 winners at Derby, with Summerville, Sam Greenwood and Joe Gelhardt netting for the visitors.

Osazee Aghatise opened the scoring for the Rams nine minutes in, but Summerville equalised for Leeds.

Two more goals came within the opening 30 minutes as Connor Dixon and Greenwood scored to make it 2-2.

Gelhardt then put Leeds ahead for the first time on the night with less than 20 minutes remaining.

And the hosts finished the game with ten men when captain Eiran Cashin was sent off for a second bookable offence late on.

Summerville only featured for 45 minutes but he still made such a big difference for the Whites.

Leeds Live gave him 8 out of 10, saying he could have pushed for a 9 if he played the full 90 minutes.

“Right in the sweet spot at the moment every time he steps onto a football field,” they wrote.

“Confidence is sky-high. So quick, so clinical, so deadly and just a nightmare for defenders.”

And plenty of Leeds fans urged Marcelo Bielsa to put the 19-year-old in the first team:

In the past, Leeds fans have compared Summerville to the likes of Raheem Sterling, Raphinha and even Cristiano Ronaldo.
