Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi has taken to Twitter with a message for the Hertha Berlin fanbase following his loan switch from the Emirates Stadium.
The 21-year-old will spend the 2020-21 season with the Bundesliga side, with Football London reporting that they’ll be covering his wages for the duration of the loan spell.
Guendouzi joined Arsenal in 2018 from French outfit Lorient, the Gunners reportedly paying £7million for his services, and he has clocked up 82 competitive club appearances to date.

However, he was frozen out at the Emirates Stadium in wake of an incident with Brighton striker Neal Maupay towards the end of their Premier League clash in June.
The Daily Mail claimed that there were taunts from the Arsenal man about how much he and his teammates earned compared to those of Brighton.
The outlet also suggested that Arteta has been keeping an eye on Guendouzi from early on in his tenure after re-watching training footage on one occasion and seeing the player “messing about”.
In addition, France Football reported that the two not seeing eye to eye stemmed from a disagreement between Arteta and Guendouzi at Arsenal’s Dubai training camp.
Despite being frozen out at Arsenal, numerous Gunners fans wished Guendouzi well, hoping he’ll return next summer a much-improved player:
