Arsenal have sold young winger Xavier Amaechi to Hamburg.
As reported by BBC Sport, the teenager has put pen to paper on a four-year contract with the Bundesliga 2 side, who have paid £2.25m ‘plus several million in performance-related add-ons’.
Arsenal have included a sell-on clause, but no buy-back.

The England youth international had the chance to extend his contract at the Emirates Stadium, but opted against that.
He also turned down advances from the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, Nice, Hertha Berlin and several Championship and Premier League sides.
Amaechi joined Arsenal from Fulham in 2013 and already has a glowing reputation.
Despite never making a competitive first-team appearance for the Gunners, he was considered one of their best prospects.

He had been knocking on Unai Emery’s door and travelled with the team to their late-season warm-weather camp in Dubai in 2018/19, and was included in the Europa League final squad.
Arsenal fans react
Several Arsenal fans expressed their concern about the transfer, with many worried the club will come to regret letting Amaechi leave seemingly on the cheap:
