Some Arsenal fans lavish Smith Rowe for attacking contributions this season

Some Arsenal fans were lauding Emile Smith Rowe after statistics regarding goal contributions for the Gunners emerged on Twitter.

Alexandre Lacazette leads the way with 20 goals and assists this season, scoring 17 times and assisting a further three. The Frenchman is just ahead of club captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Nicolas Pepe, both of whom have contributed 19 goals despite inconsistent campaigns.

However, it’s the Croydon-born youngster, who seemingly caught the eye of supporters given the short time period he’s been with the Gunners first-team.

The playmaker, who made his first start of the campaign during the 3-1 home win over Chelsea back on Boxing Day last year, has managed 11 goal and assists this campaign.
