A number of Arsenal fans have expressed their desire to see Jack Grealish at the Emirates Stadium following the 24-year-old’s latest performance for Aston Villa.

While the Gunners haven’t been concretely linked with Grealish, a number of former Arsenal players have previously hinted for the club to consider moving for the creative attacker.

In March, Robert Pires told The Mirror that Grealish reminded him of Dennis Bergkamp and “would interest a lot of top clubs like (Manchester) United, Chelsea and Arsenal.”

Kevin Campbell, meanwhile, spoke to Metro in May about Grealish and Leicester City counterpart James Maddison, saying “these type of guys would improve Arsenal.”

The Villa captain has dazzled in the Premier League this season, building on from his superb work in the Championship last term as he helped the West Midlanders to promotion.

However, Grealish’s qualities sadly can’t make up for the team’s struggles elsewhere, and on Saturday they lost 1-0 to Wolves, their eighth game without a win.

Once again, the Englishman tried his hardest to make things happen but ended up cutting a frustrated figure by the end of another morale-sapping defeat.

With Villa sliding ever closer towards the relegation trap door, Grealish’s chances of staying at Villa Park grow slimmer every day – and some Arsenal fans want to take full advantage.
