Tottenham Hotspur fans were lauding Milan Skriniar after the centre-back’s goal in Euro 2020.
The Internazionale defender struck a beauty into the top corner during Slovakia’s 2-1 win over Poland.
His country took the lead after an own goal from former Arsenal man Wojciech Szczesny. However, Poland struck back just 30 seconds into the second-half before the 26-year-old struck a thunderbolt.
Skriniar has been linked with a move to north London since the start of the year. Reports have heavily linked Spurs with a move for the centre-back.
The Lilywhites were interested last summer, however, failed to agree on a fee with the Serie A giants.
Dion Dublin labelled his strike ‘outstanding’.

His performance against the Poles was brilliant and he topped it off with a goal.
The 26-year-old made a staggering 10 clearances, six more than his nearest teammate. He also blocked two shots and made three interceptions in a WhoScored man-of-the-match display.
With Spurs looking for a defender, they were sent a sign of just the man they should buy.
