Everton manager Marco Silva has done a lot of great things at Everton so far.
The Portuguese tactician has overseen great progress at Goodison Park and made some excellent signings in the summer.
The Toffees have been seeing results on the pitch, and sit sixth in the Premier League table on 22 points.

All has been going pretty swimmingly, but Silva ought to make a change to his side that could see Everton reach the next level.
Theo Walcott may have laid on an assist at the weekend for Gylfi Sigurdsson, but the ex-Arsenal man has been in poor form for a number of weeks now.
Silva must consider handing Lookman a chance
Walcott appears to have been living off the early season form that saw him register two goals and one assist in his first three games.
Since then, Walcott hasn’t really pulled up any trees and really should be considered for the chop by Silva, who substituted him for Ademola Lookman against Cardiff City on Saturday.
Lookman looked far more dangerous when he came on than Walcott did during his time on the pitch.
Silva has handed him plenty of chances to recapture his form from the opening few weeks of the season.

The fact that Everton face Liverpool next in the league is what could see Walcott get one more chance, being the more experienced option than Lookman.
But one more drab display and the course of action surely becomes obvious for Silva.
