Everton are reportedly scouting Lille’s in-form attacker Nicolas Pepe, which could be extremely bad news for Theo Walcott if he moved to Goodison Park.
According to the Mirror, the Merseyside club are scouting the £30million-rated wide man from Ligue 1.
The report adds that Arsenal, Barcelona and Sevilla have all been keeping tabs on the 23-year-old, while Lyon had a £26million bid rejected at the end of the summer.
Pepe has been in dazzling form so far this campaign, scoring five goals and supplying five assists in just eight Ligue 1 fixtures.

The Ivory Coast international is a speed machine that is seeing his reputation grow and looks like he could be a real hit in the Premier League.
But current Everton attacker Walcott could be the one to suffer if Pepe became his teammate in the near future.
Walcott has cemented his spot in the starting XI under Marco Silva and is back playing some of his best football since leaving Arsenal.
The 29-year-old does have brilliant Premier League experience and an eye for goal, but Pepe is a rising talent that would add extra firepower in attack.
Added competition in the Everton squad could be ammunition for Walcott – who earns £110,000-a-week, according to spotrac.com – to continue raising his game at this point in his career.
