‘Sign him up’ – Arsenal fans react as Said Benrahma leads Brentford to victory

Said Benrahma put in a game-winning performance for Brentford this afternoon at Fulham and Arsenal fans have been reacting on Twitter to the Algerian’s performance. 

Benrahma scored and assisted as the Bees kept their slim automatic promotion hopes alive with a win at Craven Cottage.

The tricky winger has been one of the stars of the Championship season this term. His form has been superb, with eleven goals and nine assists underlining his quality.

Indeed, that form has seen a host of PL clubs show interest in him, with one of them being Arsenal. The Express reported at the start June that the Gunners had made enquiries over Benrahma, despite Brentford slapping a £35m fee on his head.

But that hasn’t stopper Gunners fans taking a vested interest in the Bees winger.

And there was plenty of fan reaction from the Arsenal end today after Benrahma’s winning performance. It seems, then, that a section of the Gunners’ fanbase wants the club to land the Brentford man.
