Glasgow Rangers prodigy Kai Kennedy is being linked with a potential departure from Ibrox and some fans of one of his reported suitors have been discussing him on social media.
The 18-year-old winger’s Rangers contract is set to expire next season and, according to the Scottish Sun, both parties are now at an impasse with regards to his future.
The report claims that Rangers had been in talks with Kennedy over an extension since the end of last year, but it’s thought his demands now far exceed what the club are willing to pay.
As a result, this impasse has reportedly seen the Scotland Under-19 international, who was training with the Rangers first team, sent back to work with the academy last week.
In addition, Rangers have believed to have told Kennedy that he’s free to leave Ibrox and find a new club if any suitors are prepared to make the right offer.
A follow-up report by the Daily Record, meanwhile, has claimed that contract talks have stalled over playing factors and that Bayern Munich and Manchester City have been put on high alert.
Here is what some Bayern fans have been saying on Twitter about the 2019 Alkass Cup winner:

For those who do not know “Kay Kennedy” An 18-year-old Scottish player plays the position of the right winger, who is very distinguished in the goals industry. A good dodger, weak in front of the goal He played 11 games with the academy and the first team made 6 goals pic.twitter.com/huZtpnYrqk
