'Showing Saka how to do it': Tottenham fans delighted to see Troy Parrott score
Tottenham fans are keeping close tabs on young striker Troy Parrott this season and they were left delighted once again this weekend.
The 19-year-old has moved to the MK Dons in search of some regular football. He is getting it, too, and yesterday he scored his third goal of the season for the League One outfit.
Parrott fired home from the penalty spot to keep his impressive form for the season going. In just seven games, the Spurs loanee has now scored three and provided another two assists. Pretty impressive stuff for a teenager making his way in the game.
And while Spurs fans might have had one eye – or both eyes – on the clash with Arsenal this afternoon, it’s safe to say some are keeping a close watching brief on Parrot’s progress at MK.
Twitter was awash with comments from Spurs fans who were delighted to see Parrott net once again. The youngster, it seems, is doing his best to ensure he’s in Spurs’ plans next term.
Here, then, is what some Tottenham fans had to say as Troy Parrott notched again.
Glad he’s scoring goals at his level

We should have retained him instead of the 17year old we have as a backup
