Tottenham are reportedly interested a move for youngster Adil Taoui from French club Toulouse.
According to Foot Mercato, Spurs and Manchester City are both keen on the 17-year-old attacker ahead of the January transfer window.
The report details that the Premier League duo could even consider £4.5million approaches to try land his signature.
Taoui is a teenage talent that is fairly unknown given the fact he is still yet to make his first-team debut for Ligue 1 club Toulouse.
But the winger has come through their academy and already represented France at Under-16 level, where he scored three goals in eight appearances.

Spurs fans may not know too much about upcoming talent Taoui, but London rivals West Ham have found success with a recent raid of a Toulouse academy graduate.
Powerhouse 21-year-old centre-back Issa Diop moved from Toulouse to the Hammers in the summer and he’s made an immediate impact in the Premier League, as he’s quickly settled in Manuel Pellegrini’s starting XI.
Fiorentina defender Alban Lafont is another highly-rated youngster to come through the ranks at Toulouse and Spurs may be eyeing another future star.
Mauricio Pochettino has been extremely good at developing young talents in recent years in north London and it will be interesting to see if they can beat Manchester City to Taoui’s signature.
