Another key part of every Guardiola team is width, something Manchester City certainly don’t have in spades. With one ‘natural winger’ in the team, Sadio Mané could certainly provide pace and goal threat down either wing.

Mané is already accustomed to the pace and physicality of the Premier League, and although he suffered a dry spell in the middle of this year’s season, it was more of an issue with the manager in which several players found themselves on the bench due to Ronald Koeman’s intriguing managerial style.

The Senegalese winger has proven himself a force to be reckoned with in one of the best league’s in Europe, and would certainly add a dynamic attacking option to Manchester City’s misfiring front line.
