Though Manchester City’s season is now effectively over with the draw to Arsenal at the weekend, they have a lot to prepare for this summer. The dawn of a new era in Manchester fast approaches with the arrival of Pep Guardiola, and with it some major changes.

Despite City’s best efforts to transition towards a more possession-oriented system, several pieces are still needed in order for the former Barcelona manager to implement the system in which he is so closely associated with.
