Should Leeds consider January move for Lucas Piazon?

Most Leeds United fans will be pleased to see the club third in the Championship table after 17 league games, but the 4-1 defeat to West Brom going into the international break reminded everyone there is still a long way to go.

The Whites could do with a couple of reinforcements in January to give them a boost in their search for promotion, as their squad has had to deal with several injuries already this campaign.

One man that should crop up on their radar is attacker Lucas Piazon, who has been frozen out at Premier League giants Chelsea so far this season.

The 24-year-old is yet to make a first-team appearance this campaign and is time with the Blues appears to be coming to a natural end.

Leeds have used Jack Harrison, Pablo Hernandez and Ezgjan Alioski as their main options in wide areas so far this campaign.

But manager Marcelo Bielsa could do with a different option and the Chelsea outcast could be a real success at Elland Road if given the chance.

Piazon has previously impressed out on loan with Fulham, scoring 12 goals and supplying nine assists in 58 games for them.

The Brazilian winger is a trickster that provides a serious goal threat and needs a settled home after being loaned out to five different clubs during his time with Chelsea.
