Should Celtic consider move for Swansea’s Luciano Narsingh?

Celtic ace James Forrest is the outstanding winger at Brendan Rodgers’ disposal this campaign, while the likes of Lewis Morgan, Scott Sinclair and Ryan Christie have shown glimpses of their qualities in wide areas.

The Bhoys are still competing on all domestic fronts right now and could still be in the Europa League come the New Year depending on their final two group stage results.

There certainly appears to be a spot open for an extra wide man to compete in the squad, so should Rodgers consider raiding one of his former clubs in the shape of Swansea City?

According to Wales Online, Swansea are prepared to listen to offers for winger Luciano Narsingh when the transfer window re-opens in January.

It is understood they want to get the £50,000-a-week ace off their wage bill and they tried to offload him for £2million to AEK Athens in the summer.

Narsingh is a speed machine that has not enjoyed the best time in the English divisions with Swansea, but a switch to Scotland could help him reignite his form.

The 28-year-old is a skilful winger with incredible pace and previously was a regular for Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven earlier in his career.

He is a 17-time capped Holland international that could inject some added competition at Parkhead and be an interesting option for Celtic to pursue.
