Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to react after the club announced they would be operating a pay-per-view system for the FK Jablonec clash.
What’s the story?
Well, anyone who did pay the £9.99 fee got value for their money, as Ange Postecoglou’s side recorded a comprehensive 3-0 win.
However, before kick-off, supporters were fuming after hearing they’d have to pay to watch the Europa League qualifier on a stream.
Regardless of whether you hold a season ticket, you would’ve had to stump up more cash to watch the 3-0 win, as it was not being streamed anywhere else.
Of course, some might argue that it’s a good deal in that respect.
Some supporters were in fact happy to pay, seeing as they wouldn’t be able to find coverage anywhere else.
However, it seems more fans were simply angered by the principle of having to pay more money, after giving the club plenty for very little in return across the last two years.
Another bad PR move from Celtic

As things stand, Dom McKay is really struggling to build a relationship with the Celtic Park faithful.
Supporters were recently angered by Gordon Strachan’s appointment on a short-term contract as a consultant.
McKay has often discussed modernising Celtic, so some fans seemingly felt it was a backward step to hand a 64-year-old a part-time role.

Strachan will continue working for Dundee during the three-month role.
After losing the title to Rangers in embarrassing fashion, Celtic should be going out of their way to make fans happy, rather than antagonise them.
Let’s see what the Celtic fans on Twitter have been saying about the club’s pay-per-view service…
