Spurs fans have been responding on Twitter after reports emerged yesterday suggesting Harry Kane will be staying with the club this summer.

The Telegraph reports that due to the ongoing pandemic, clubs are unlikely to be shelling out big fees. Kane is one player who would be expected to fetch a giant transfer sum. Fees in the region of £150m have been mentioned for the England skipper.

And while there was never really a big chance Kane would seek a move, these latest reports will provide some comfort to the Spurs fanbase.

There will have been fears among some that Kane might indeed seek a move away. The dip in form, coupled with constant media pressure on Kane to join a club who challenges to league titles, has seen the heat turned up somewhat.

However, Kane looks set to staying put and looking a Twitter, it seems Spurs fans are delighted with the news as you’d expect.
