Real Madrid defender, Sergio Reguilon, has admitted he has one eye on his future after returning to the club from a loan spell with Sevilla.
The Spanish defender had a fine campaign in Seville but has now returned to Madrid and is awaiting news of if he will be part of Zinedine Zidane’s plans or not for the coming season.
“I’m going day by day. If I’m thinking about calls and my future, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy being with the national team.
“Obviously, Real Madrid is my home, but it’s not easy… I’m bearing everything in mind.”
Reguilon could be set to make this debut for Spain this week. His form for Sevilla has caught the eye of Luis Enrique and he could well get the chance to impress for the national team.
Spurs, on the other hand, may well put a move for Reguilon off. Football.London reported earlier in the week that Jose Mourinho may already be happy with his left-back options.

While Mourinho might be happy with his options at left-back, the Madrid man does look to be one of the next up and coming stars in that position in Europe.
He has all the attributes modern full-backs need but he is also aggressive and assertive in his play, something Mourinho has always been a fan of in his players.
It would be a shame to see Spurs dip out of this one and then Reguilon go on and become brilliant. Let’s hope it’s not a decision Mourinho regrets if indeed he does decide to stick with his current squad.
