Sean Dyche has labelled the job Marcelo Bielsa has done fantastic, while the Burnley boss insisted – in comments reported by Lancs Live – that he has been impressed with Patrick Bamford.
Bamford, of course, has experience of working with Dyche. The striker spent a brief period on loan at Turf Moor earlier in his career.

However, the spell did not work out. Bamford subsequently told the Daily Mail that the pair clashed.
The 27-year-old – who earns £35,000-a-week, according to Spotrac – has since gone to surpass all expectations during Leeds’s first year back in the Premier League. He has scored 15 times this season and seems to remain in contention for an England spot this summer.
And Dyche suggested that Bamford deserves credit for the form he has shown.
“I think he has done a great job,” he said, as reported by Lancs Live. “Since he has gone from us he has been out there working hard at his career like all players do and having a very good season.”
Obviously, if Leeds fans were asked to name the one figure most responsible for their success this year, the large majority would surely not hesitate to point to the head coach.

Bielsa has done a remarkable job at Elland Road. And ahead of Saturday’s meeting between the two bosses, Dyche lauded the Argentinian.
“The manager has done a fantastic job, he has a style he stands by, he has quite clearly motivated the players.”
It will be fascinating to see how the clash at Turf Moor plays out. In the previous meeting between the two, Leeds edged the game 1-0.
But Burnley caused plenty of problems for the Whites. And they were desperately unlucky to have a goal ruled out by the referee.
But Leeds have improved since then, and they have their sights set on a top-half finish.
