Scotland suffered the ignominy of a 3-0 defeat to Kazhakstan yesterday afternoon in their opening Euro 2020 qualifying game.
Alex McLeish’s men were two goals behind inside the first 10 minutes in a game which proved thoroughly miserable for the Scots.
There is lots of work for McLeish to do as they prepare to face San Marino next.

One man who wasn’t involved yesterday was the Celtic full-back, Kieran Tierney.
The 21-year-old has 12 caps to his name but was unable to add to his tally during the recent defeat.
The Scotland National Team have now confirmed that he won’t play on Sunday either, tweeting:
It is a big blow for McLeish to not have Tierney available and it remains to be seen how long he will be sidelined.

After such a demoralising defeat for the Scots, it would have been a massive boost to have Tierney back.
His absence is now confirmed, however, and Celtic fans have taken to Twitter.
We rounded up the best Tweets from Hoops supporters in relation to Tierney’s injury.
