Liverpool forward Sadio Mane was on the scoresheet as Senegal triumphed in their latest World Cup qualifier.
The Reds ace made his nation’s starting XI for the Group H fixture against Congo in Brazzaville.
Boulaye Dia gave Senegal the lead midway through the first half, but Silvere Ganvoula equalised from the spot in first-half injury time.

The game remained level right until the latter stages, when Mane assisted Ismaila Sarr to put the visitors ahead in the 83rd minute.
And Mane put the result beyond doubt three minutes from time as he converted a penalty.
The Liverpool star now has 25 goals for Senegal and is closing in on Henri Camara’s record 31 goals for the nation.
Mane has been struggling for form at club level for a while now but hopefully his efforts at international level will provide a confidence boost.
