‘Say it aint so’: Everton fans react as Ancelotti confirms Seamus Coleman is still injured

Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed today that Seamus Coleman is still not fit to play and will miss the weekend game with Burnley.

Coleman joins fellow fullback, Lucas Digne, on the injury list, with Ancelotti confirming the Irishman will not play and that he is currently training on his own to try and get back to fitness.

The news from Ancelotti is another blow to the Toffees, who are finding consistency hard to come by following their excellent start to the season.

Everton fans, then, have been ruing their luck on Twitter this evening, with a number of supporters taking time out to vent their frustrations on the current injury situation at the club.

It seems some of those on the blue half of Merseyside are becoming as frustrated as their bitter rivals on the red side.
