Ryan Sessegnon and Willian react as Reiss Nelson leaves Arsenal on loan

Ryan Sessegnon, Willian and Bukayo Saka were amongst the players to take to Instagram to respond to Reiss Nelson after the Arsenal youngster completed a deadline day loan move to Feyenoord.

Nelson was one of the players to leave the Emirates on the final day of the window.

Football London has reported that his contract had been extended by a further year ahead of his switch to the Netherlands.

It looks to be an exciting move for the 21-year-old. He only made two appearances in the Premier League last season.

And while he has featured for Mikel Arteta’s men this term, he had not played in either of their last two top flight fixtures.

So it would appear to be a very good opportunity for Nelson. And following the announcement, he took to social media to express his delight at the move.

Feyenoord could be a smart loan move for Reiss Nelson

Feyenoord are a side that like to dominate possession, and get on the front foot.

So it could be a very smart choice for a player such as Nelson. He clearly has the talent to enjoy a fantastic career.

He was excellent during his previous loan spell, away at Hoffenheim. In fact, he returned having scored seven goals in 23 Bundesliga games.

A similar return while he is in the Eredivisie could well force Edu and Arteta to sit up and take notice.
