A number of Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to comment on the performance of Ryan Kent after the winger produced a superb display as the Gers continued their stunning run of form away from Ibrox this season on Sunday.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s men beat Hearts 2-0 at Tynecastle. Alfredo Morelos and Joe Aribo helped Rangers put the game largely to bed inside 13 minutes.

Rangers rode their luck at times. Allan McGregor made a number of brilliant saves on his return to the Gers side.

But they looked devastating going forward at times. Fashion Sakala continues to look like an inspired signing. Meanwhile, it is proving impossible to argue with those who believe that Aribo may be the best player in the league right now.

But there was also an outstanding display from Kent. He looked a class above at times, reminding everyone of how good he can be when he is at his best.

The Englishman had come in for criticism at times this season. He had struggled to replicate the form that he showed during Rangers’ title-winning campaign.

However, he is starting to look a lot more like his old self. And plenty of Rangers fans are seriously excited to see what he can do under van Bronckhorst after such a superb start to life since the Dutchman came in.
