Nuno is very happy with having the opportunity to work with Steven Bergwijn, Fabrizio Romano has suggested on Chris Cowlin’s Youtube channel.
Romano was asked by Cowlin just how many signings he predicted Tottenham would make this summer.
And the Italian journalist did say that Tottenham will be busy in the market.
However, he doesn’t envisage too much of a major shake up to Spurs’ side, as Nuno is actually happy with the players that he has inherited.
Bergwijn and Reguilon were name checked as two players who Nuno is particularly keen on, after Spurs returned to pre-season training this week.
“If they don’t sell Harry Kane I see Tottenham signing four or five players,” he said.

“A centre-back, one right-back and maybe we will see the other positions.
“Also Nuno is very happy with many players in his team that could be interesting for his system, like Bergwijn and Sergio Reguilon.
“They would be really interesting with his kind of football.”
An important season
That update is likely to be music to the ears of Bergwijn, who really struggled for game time last term.
Bergwijn actually has been linked with a Tottenham exit this summer, with Ajax said to be keen on him but the Daily Mail.
The £27 million Dutchman actually only made 13 league starts last season with other options preferred to him.
If Nuno does play his favoured system there may be room for Bergwijn to work as part of the front three, as a wide option though.
The 23-year-old certainly has all the skills to make it at Spurs – he is an excellent dribbler, a solid finisher and possesses a good amount of pace.
But he needs to start delivering more in the final third, with Tottenham having so many other alternative options going forward.
