Fabrizio Romano has claimed on his Twitch channel that he has been told that Jack Grealish sorting personal terms with Manchester City will not be a problem if the Premier League champions agree a fee with Aston Villa.
Romano has confirmed on Twitter that the two clubs are in direct talks regarding a potential move for Grealish.

The journalist has stated that it will not take long for discussions between the two clubs to reach a conclusion – whether that is a fee being agreed or an end to talks.
Romano then stated on his Twitch channel that Grealish will be respectful to Villa. He seemingly has no plans to agitate for a move while talks are ongoing.

And, as the reporter reiterated on Twitter, the attacking midfielder has been offered a new deal at Villa Park…
But it appears that the 25-year-old is ready to make the switch. Romano reported that he had been told that personal terms will get done quickly if City manage to agree a fee with Villa.
Aston Villa will welcome speedy resolution to Jack Grealish talks with Manchester City amid personal terms claim
Of course, Villa would ideally love to keep Grealish. He has been their talisman for a number of years.
Without him, they struggled last season. Their squad has improved this summer. But replacing him will be a huge task.
But what would also be a positive would be resolving the issue quickly.
It will not do either club any favours for talks to drag on.
Villa may have to replace their best player in the coming days, while City may have to look for another target having missed out on one of the top names on their wishlist.
So an imminent decision certainly works for both sides.
