Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that Leeds United are set to announce the signing of Sonny Perkins, with the forward undergoing a medical with the Whites.
Perkins has been linked with Leeds for a little while. He, of course, did make his first-team debut for West Ham last season.

It was for the under-23s where the striker made the biggest impact. The 18-year-old scored 10 goals in 20 games in Premier League 2.
Unfortunately for the Hammers, they have been unable to agree a new contract with Perkins. And he is now about to join one of their Premier League rivals.

According to Romano, Leeds have completed a deal for Perkins. He has signed a contract and successfully undergone a medical ahead of the switch to Elland Road.
Romano added that an announcement is now imminent…
Leeds set to sign Sonny Perkins
Leeds fans will be excited about the prospect of Perkins moving from the London Stadium. He clearly has a very bright future ahead. And it is a blow for West Ham to lose him.
It says a lot about the pathway Leeds have created. Obviously, the likes of Joe Gelhardt and Sam Greenwood are now first-team players under Jesse Marsch.
Meanwhile, the likes of Leo Hjelde, Crysensio Summerville and Archie Gray will likely be in and around the senior fold this coming year.
Victor Orta has done some brilliant work signing young players from other clubs. And Perkins looks set to be the next to come through the door with Leeds agreeing terms on the move.
