It’s been quite the week for Arsenal star Bukayo Saka, who helped himself to two assists to help the Gunners squeeze past Benfica in midweek.
Saka has been a revelation this season for the Gunners. Still yet to turn 20, the England youngster has emerged as one of the very top talents in the whole of world football.

His performance in midweek, especially his late piece of brilliance to set up Aubameyang’s winner, cemented his place in Gunners fans’ hearts as one of their favourite players.
And Robert Pires, another Arsenal favourite who famously wore the Arsenal number 7, had a short and sweet Instagram message for Saka this week in response to the youngster’s post.

Pires, part of the invincibles team that went a full PL season unbeaten, is often lauded as one of the greatest to ever do it in an Arsenal shirt.
His message to Saka, then, suggesting the youngster is more than fulfilling the pressure that comes with that shirt, is heartwarming and confidence boosting for the young Gunner.
TBR View: Saka is getting better and better, superb stuff
Wow. What a performance from Saka in midweek for Arsenal. Mikel Arteta has needed big players to step up this season and Saka answered the call on Thursday.
Arsenal will be relying on the youngster between now and the end of the season if they’re to mount any sort of challenge for Europe.
Further, Saka might even be good enough to lead the Gunners to Europa League glory. He really is that good.
