Robby McCrorie has told Herald and Times Sport that he is hoping to sort out another loan for the coming season, with a further spell away from Rangers likely to be the best move for his development.
McCrorie handed the Ibrox faithful a big boost last week. Rangers confirmed on their official website that the goalkeeper had signed a new deal until 2023.

Of course, the youngster still has plenty of hurdles to clear as he looks to break into Steven Gerrard’s side.
Allan McGregor has been an inspired signing. Meanwhile, Jon McLaughlin has joined the club this summer to provide competition.
Many may therefore be expecting to see McCrorie leave on loan again before the window shuts. And the 22-year-old – who spent the latter half of last season with Livingston – confirmed that he would like to secure another temporary move elsewhere.

“It’s something we’re working on together with the club and the gaffer because at the end of the day I’m young and I think the best thing for me is to be playing,” he said, as reported by the Herald and Times Sport.
“The club recognise that, I want it and have pushed for it, so hopefully pretty soon something will get sorted. I think last season has helped me in terms of options for this year so I think that’s the level the club wants to see me at.”
TBR View: McCrorie right to seek loan
Herald and Times Sport reports that Livi are keen to bring McCrorie back. And perhaps it should be little surprise if he does indeed return in the near future.
If he can continue to impress at the highest level, it will vindicate the club’s decision to hand him a new contract.
And that deal should leave the door open for McCrorie to be perfectly placed when the times comes for Rangers to decide on a new number one.
