Harry Kane scored his 200th goal for Tottenham in last night’s 3-1 win over Ludogorets and afterwards earned praise from Robbie Keane, Graham Roberts and Gary Lineker.

The striker fetched up the astonishing feat in just 300 appearances and Kane will now have other milestones on the horizon.

Tottenham claimed their second win in Group J of the Europa League as Jose Mourinho aims to win the competition for the third time.

Kane has scored 12 goals and registered 10 assists this season with the 27-year-old quickly becoming one of the world’s most complete centre-forwards.

Following his heroics, the 27-year-old earned rave reviews from former Spurs heroes Keane, Lineker and Roberts.

With Kane spearheading the Tottenham attack there really is no ceiling as to what they can achieve this season.

Some people have predicted that with a bit of consistency they could challenge for the title – and why not?

In Mourinho, Spurs have a manager who has been there, won it and claimed a t-shirt in the process.

Tottenham have the ingredients for a title charge, especially after the summer transfer window.

Last season Mourinho’s squad was on the thin side but there is no such concern this time around.

The likes of Gareth Bale and Carlos Vinicius have been added to the ranks and if injuries do strike they should be well-stocked.

Mourinho knows it will be tough; especially with Liverpool and Manchester City getting back into their stride of late.

With Kane in the form of his life, however, it’d take a brave person to completely rule them out.
