BT Sport pundit Rio Ferdinand reckons it’s time for Harry Kane to consider his future at Tottenham Hotspur.
The striker was part of the Spurs side that lost 7-2 at home to Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

Kane scored a penalty for the hosts to give them hope at 4-2, but the German giants then ran riot, and the inquest into the result has now begun.
In the eyes of Kane’s compatriot Ferdinand, the star should now be thinking about what he wants to achieve in the game.
Speaking on BT Sport after last night’s amazing result, he said (Daily Mail): “It leads me to look at Harry Kane.

“What are you in the game for? Are you in the game to be a one-club man or to win trophies? Do Spurs look like a team capable of winning trophies?
“I don’t think so. They were a better team a couple of years ago. Leeds is a similar example, I was maybe a year or two younger but I was in a team at a Champions League semi-final, nearly won the league, but I thought I had a better chance elsewhere and I had the opportunity to go. I made a very quick decision to go and win trophies.”
TBR’s view
Spurs fans won’t want to entertain the idea, but Ferdinand is right.
Kane needs to assess whether he is really in the right place.

The ace is known to be extremely competitive and is a top professional, and he has to decide whether Spurs really have the potential to win trophies.
A player of his calibre and work ethic deserves to win silverware, meaning Spurs fans should definitely brace themselves next summer if they finish trophyless.
