'Why is Arteta allowed?': Richard Keys takes aim at Arsenal again for what Arteta kept doing at Old Trafford

Arsenal and Manchester United played out an exciting encounter at Old Trafford today as both teams pushed for three points.

The game was akin to the older games between the pair as the tempo was high, tackles were flying in, and all 22 players on the pitch at once were desperate to win. Of course, in the end it was XXXX who ran out with smiles on their faces.

Among the onlookers for today’s game was a certain Richard Keys. The former Sky presenter isn’t exactly the flavour of the month with Arsenal fans, after a few jibes in recent times at how he finds Mikel Arteta annoying and what he perceives as ‘over celebrating’ by the Gunners, Keys was at it again today in digging at the Gunners boss.

Taking to Twitter, Keys used his platform to point out what he thinks is the Arsenal manager getting special dispensation due to his actions in – and out – of the technical areas.

Arteta was his usual animated self on the touchline and he was keen to bark the orders out to his team throughout the 90 minutes. The Gunners boss does it most weeks, and to be fair, never really causes a problem.

TBR’s View: Keys Has It In For Arteta

It’s getting to the point now where it looks like Richard Keys simply has an agenda against Arsenal and their manager.

For some reason, Keys seems to revel in pointing out the club and manager’s short comings and on this occasion, he’s right on it in taking his chance to have a dig at the Arsenal boss.

It would be interesting to see how Arteta would react if Keys got an interview with the Arsenal boss. You’d imagine quite spicy, given it looks like Keys is literally pulling up Arteta whenever he can.
