Bournemouth goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has been linked with Tottenham recently and a fresh report adds that he’s likely to have a £22million price tag.

According to the Daily Mail recently, Spurs are keen on trying to sign the English shot-stopper in the transfer window if Bournemouth suffer relegation from the Premier League.

Eddie Howe’s side go into the final day three points from safety and need results to significantly go in their way to stay in the top-flight.

The Daily Express has added to the Mail’s report that Ramsdale is likely to cost around £22million and that he’s one of three Bournemouth first teamers that could leave.

Despite Bournemouth’s relegation battle this campaign, Ramsdale in net has been one of their outstanding individuals and has been extremely busy behind a vulnerable backline.

TBR’s View:

Ramsdale has been the number one in goal this season for Bournemouth with five clean sheets in his 36 league games and has managed to standout in a fairly poor team.

The 22-year-old looks mature beyond his years as a commanding presence in the box that comes for set-pieces and has great handling, as well as being strong at his feet.

His £22million valuation is one that is to be expected of an upcoming English talent and he would be worth much more in the future, but it’s hard to tell if he’s ready now to make the step up to a bigger club.
