Tottenham Hotspur were linked with Ante Rebic in summer 2018 and January 2019 as they look to bolster their attacking options.
Rebic enjoyed a successful World Cup campaign in summer 2018, helping Croatia to the final and earning some admirers along the way.
The Mirror reported in January that Rebic is keen on a Premier League move, alerting long-term admirers Tottenham.
And if Spurs scouts were watching him in action for Eintracht Frankfurt over the weekend, they would have liked what they saw.
The Croatian attacking midfielder opened the scoring in a 3-0 win over Hannover 96 in the Bundesliga.

Another Tottenham target, Luka Jovic (Calcio Mercato), scored the second and set up the third.
So Spurs scouts would have enjoyed what they saw ahead of any potential moves for Rebic or Jovic in the summer.
Rebic’s goal takes his season tally to an impressive nine strikes in 24 Bundesliga and Europa League matches. He has also registered three assists in those games.
The 25-year-old is at the right age to move to Tottenham for the prime years in his career and he could be an exciting alternative option.
If he can continue to impress for Frankfurt until the end of the season, Rebic could earn himself a dream Premier League move in the summer.
