Reported Everton target Bertrand Traore has indicated he is ready to leave the club after three years.
The winger has been speaking to Burkina Faso publication L’Étalon and stated his desire for a new challenge.
The player claims there is interest in him, but that he will take his time before taking a final decision.
He said (quoted by GFFN): “We should not exclude a departure. I have been at Lyon for 3 years. I have had two wonderful years. The third was a bit more difficult. That is part of the life of a professional footballer.

“Now, I have two years remaining on my contract. I am 25, I have played everywhere where I have been. I need to play.
“It is true that there is interest.”
Traore joined Lyon in the summer of 2017 for a reported fee of £8.8 million (Guardian), and the player has gone on to make 126 appearances for the club, scoring 33 goals and making 17 assists.
Last month, Everton were said by Sky Sports to be among the teams keen on Traore, and the Toffees may now fancy their chances of bringing the 25-year-old back to England.
TBR’s View – Traore could add good depth for Everton
Everton should consider putting in an offer to Lyon for Traore, who may feel he has unfinished business in the Premier League.

Arguably, he would be an upgrade on Theo Walcott and Yannick Bolasie, and the club could even sell one of the two to pay for the Burkina Faso international.
The fact he is a left-footed right-winger is also a nice concept as it gives the opposition something to think about.
