Wolverhampton Wanderers are apparently keen on snapping up highly rated Bordeaux starlet Aurélien Tchouaméni.
According to a report from Jeunes Footeux, the Black Country club are one of several sides across Europe who are taking an interest in the midfielder.
Tchouaméni – who debuted in the Europa League last year – has made 12 appearances for the Ligue 1 side so far this season and has caught the eye with some confident performances in the middle of the park.

He has been key in Bordeaux’s rise to fifth in the table, and has alerted the likes of Sevilla and Inter Milan as well as Wolves.
Talented dynamo Tchouaméni has drawn comparisons to Manchester United star Paul Pogba, something he has described as ‘a pleasure’ (RMC Sport).
TBR’s view – Wolves could be onto a winner
Tchouaméni would be quite an exciting acquisition for ambitious Wolves.
The France U20 international appears set for a very bright future and the Pogba comparisons are certainly something the fans could get on board with.

The fact he resembles the World Cup winner means he would be different to any of Nuno Espirito Santo’s current midfield options.
There isn’t too much mobility at the moment, so to get a strong but technically good player who can carry the ball from box-to-box would be ideal.
The only issue for Wolves is that Tchouaméni did say that ‘I am good in Bordeaux’ in his RMC Sport interview, meaning the Premier League side may have to bide their time for now.
