Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, according to reports this weekend.
The Mirror is claiming that Wolves are hoping to take advantage of Liverpool’s recent move to sign Thiago Alcantara from Bayern Munich by making a bid to bring the England international to Molineux this summer.
Liverpool and Wolves have already done business this summer. Diogo Jota headed to Anfield this week whilst Ki-Jana Hoever is heading in the other direction from the Liverpool under-23 set-up.

Wolves are hopeful of the fact that Liverpool also have some more balancing to do financially after the deals to sign Jota and Thiago, which might make Oxlade-Chamberlain become available.
The report claims that Liverpool would want to recoup as close to the £25 million figure they spent on the player as possible, giving Wolves a potential price-tag if they want to do a deal.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has excelled in spurts at Anfield, but has also struggled with injury trouble on numerous occasions at the club.
Wolves are looking for extra depth and Oxlade-Chamberlain’s ability to play in a number of positions will make him a very enticing proposition.
