Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly in talks with Barcelona SC regarding a possible transfer of striker Leonardo Campana to Molineux.
According to Sky Sports, the Black Country club are keen to bring in the Ecuador U20 international, who recently caught the eye by finishing as the top scorer at the South American U20 Championships.

Sky say that if a deal materialises, the 19-year-old will likely work with the U23s initially.
There should be no issues regarding a work permit as Campana carries a Spanish passport.
Highly promising Campana had previously caught the attention of Napoli.
Out of contract at the end of the current season, any deal would likely not to be too expensive.
TBR’s view – One for the future
This is a deal that wouldn’t particularly mean much for Wolves’ first-team.

Campana only made his senior debut in April 2019 and is still very raw.
The likelihood is that if signed, he would not be involved much with Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, if at all initially.
Perhaps Wolves will also move to bring in someone a bit more experienced – Hwang Hee-chan for example, has been linked in recent weeks.
