Wolves are reportedly in talks over Rafael Leao, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Molineux club is looking to strengthen following a difficult Premier League season last time out.
Wolves fans were finally shown what they can expect from Bruno Lage as they contested their first pre-season friendly at the weekend.
Although Wolves lost 1-0 to Crewe, there were reasons for optimism, with Francisco Trincao shining as the team played an attacking style of football.
And Leao, a talented striker who has drawn comparisons with Kylian Mbappe and Cristiano Ronaldo, could be a great new addition.

Rekindling interest?
Wolves were reportedly hoping to sign Leao in 2019 and 2020.
Now, they will be hoping for third time lucky, with Gazzetta dello Sport claiming Molineux and Milan are in talks over the 22-year-old.
The Rossoneri are apparently open to selling one of Leao or Jens Petter Hauge this summer.
Leao – the story so far
The 6ft 2in striker came through the Sporting CP academy, where coaches tipped him for stardom.
Tiago Fernandes, his former coach at the Lisbon club, even said he was “better than Ronaldo” as a youngster.
Leao only made five senior appearances in green and white – scoring twice – and in 2018, sealed a move to Lille.
The Portugal Under-21 ace shone in France and, just a year later, joined Milan for a reported £26.5m.
Leao has made 73 appearances in red and black, claiming 13 goals and nine assists.
His contract is reported to be £35,000-a-week and runs until 2024.

“Great purchase”
Former Milan striker Rolando Bianchi felt the Serie A club pulled off a coup when they signed Leao.
“Leao is very young and is having a great season,” he told Sky Italia, via Sempre Milan.
“Sometimes young people give the impression of mirroring themselves a bit, but his performances are that of a great player.
“I had seen him at the U20 World Cup with Portugal and he made spectacular plays.
“He has great speed, he has a touch of the ball.
“Milan have made a great purchase and if they continue like this they have great prospects.”
