Report: When Richarlison and Heung-Min Son will be back in Tottenham training now
A report from the Evening Standard has now shared when Richarlison and Heung-Min Son will be back in Tottenham Hotspur training.
Antonio Conte has been busy preparing the players who didn’t go to Qatar for the return of the Premier League.
Spurs were involved in a behind closed doors friendly against Motherwell on Friday and thrashed the Scottish outfit 4-0.
With the World Cup set to end on Sunday, the Spurs players who were involved will start getting back to work under Conte.
Both Son and Richarlison are now set to return to Hotspur Way over the next seven days.
When Richarlison and Son will be back in Tottenham training
The Evening Standard reports that Son will return to training on Wednesday after South Korea were knocked out by Brazil in the last-16.
Richarlison was part of the side that thrashed South Korea 4-1, but they suffered a shock defeat to Croatia on penalties on Friday. The 25-year-old is now set to report back to north London next Monday.
Both Rodrigo Bentancur and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg will return to training today after Denmark and Uruguay crashed out in the group stage.
Conte will be looking forward to getting his stars back on the training pitches ahead of the return of the Premier League.
Richarlison suffered heartbreak with Brazil and will undoubtedly be reflecting on a missed opportunity.
Tite’s men looked like the favourites to win the tournament but surprisingly crashed out to Ivan Perisic and Croatia.
Son may have not managed to get amongst the goals in Qatar but Paulo Bento’s side did brilliantly to get through a tough group.
Conte will certainly have to give some of his players a lift, especially the likes of Harry Kane who exited the World Cup on Saturday after missing a penalty against France.
The Italian will be aiming to produce a strong second-half of the season at Tottenham and cement their place in the top-four.
