Arsenal are now willing to listen to offers for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the January transfer window, according to ESPN.

Last week, the Arsenal boss stripped Aubameyang of the Gunners captaincy due to disciplinary reasons.

While Arsenal didn’t disclose how the striker broke the rules, he reportedly returned late from a trip abroad.

Aubameyang has also been training away from his teammates at London Colney.

ESPN quotes sources claiming the situation is not beyond repair.

Indeed, Arteta has not entirely ruled out the possibility of bringing him back into the fold, according to the report.

However, several disciplinary incidents have reportedly eroded Arteta’s trust in the 6ft 2in star.

ESPN quotes sources claiming timekeeping has repeatedly been an issue, something Arteta feels undermines the more disciplined environment he is trying to create.

Now, the outlet reports that the Gunners are ready to sound out interest from Europe’s top clubs to see whether a deal that suits all parties is possible.

Aubameyang is set to travel to the Africa Cup of Nations with Gabon in January.

This potentially offers a useful break for both Arsenal and Aubameyang to establish whether there is a way forward.

However, that will also include exploring options to part ways if the club receives a suitable offer, added ESPN.

Serie A trio Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan are reportedly eyeing Aubameyang.
