West Ham United are interested in signing Joe Rodon, according to Football London, with David Moyes still looking to land a new centre-back.
The Hammers go into the final days of the window still searching for their first new addition of the summer. It does appear that they have stepped up their intent this week.

Sky Sports reported on Wednesday that the Irons have made a bid potentially worth £33 million for Wesley Fofana.
And Football London has suggested that they are also keen on the Swansea City youngster. It is noted however, that the Swans are yet to receive any bids for the 22-year-old.

Rodon has made a bright start to the new campaign having endured a frustrating year last term. Injury restricted him to just 21 appearances in the Championship for Steve Cooper’s men.
TBR View: Bowen move suggests Rodon would be exciting target
Signing Rodon will not alleviate all of the concerns the West Ham fans have. There is a lot of frustration being directed at the owners with plenty of warning signs emerging in the opening two league games of the campaign.
But he looks to be an incredibly exciting talent. And West Ham may be weighing up whether Rodon can emulate Jarrod Bowen following his move to the London Stadium from the Championship this year.
Bowen looks set to be a very important player for the Irons for years to come. And looking to replicate that move may perhaps pave the way for another smart piece of business that Moyes so desperately needs at this stage of the summer.
