West Ham United are interested in Lyon striker Moussa Dembele as the Hammers prepare to lose Sebastien Haller, according to a report from RMC Sport.
Haller looks to be on his way out of the London Stadium this month. The Telegraph reported on Thursday that the 26-year-old is set to join Ajax for £20 million.

Unsurprisingly, it appears that David Moyes is determined to not let the window close without bolstering his ranks as Haller’s departure looms.
And according to French outlet RMC Sport, Dembele is the player that the Irons want.

Dembele has endured a frustrating season with the Ligue 1 side. He has scored one goal in the top flight. And he has started just six times so far.
RMC Sport adds that Lyon have no plans to sell any players in this window. So it would appear that the Irons face an uphill battle trying to convince the club to allow Dembele to return to England.
Despite his form, it would arguably be a coup if West Ham did sign Dembele. He enjoyed two superb campaigns following his £20 million move from Celtic.
He scored 15 league goals in his first campaign and 16 in his second. Dembele has also found the back of the net three times in the Champions League.
It would appear that convincing Lyon to sell Dembele will be difficult. But the 24-year-old would certainly be an exciting signing.
