West Ham are prepared to offer Tomas Soucek a bumper new deal to ward off emerging interest from German champions, Bayern Munich.
According to TeamTalk, the European giants are keeping tabs on Soucek thanks to his fine form for the Hammers this season.

The big midfielder has been instrumental for David Moyes’ men and once again scored last night, netting a fine header against Leeds United to help the Hammers into fifth.
Soucek made a big impression when he arrived on loan and the Hammers promptly made his deal permanent in the summer, paying around £15m for the former Slavia Prague man.

But since then, his stock has risen even further and it seems Bayern are now keen. The Hammers, however, are already prepared to up Soucek’s wages and contract. Indeed, Spotrac claims he already earns around the £67k-a-week mark.
West Ham and Moyes will be desperate to keep Soucek. The lure of Bayern is a big one, however, and the Hammers will need to act quickly to ensure he remains.
A key player, West Ham cannot sell now – TBR View
This would drive Hammers fans nuts if it happened. They simply cannot go about selling one of their best players when they are doing so well in the league.
There is scope for a better contract for Soucek here and, given his performances, the Hammers should just stump up the cash.
Soucek has been massively impressive. He’s integral next to Declan Rice and if he was to leave, David Moyes would have a gaping hole to fill.
