West Ham United have reportedly turned down a bid from Fenerbahce for midfielder Manuel Lanzini.
According to Turkish publication Fotospor, the Istanbul-based side have been unsuccessful in an approach for the Argentina international, who is seen as a potential replacement for Max Kruse.
Fenerbahce lost the German midway through last season, and are in need of someone to play in attacking midfield – and Lanzini fits the bill.

The 27-year-old has struggled to produce his best form for the Hammers since returning from a serious knee injury he sustained with Argentina on the eve of the 2018 World Cup.
Lanzini made just 25 appearances in all competitions last term and contributed just three assists and didn’t score.
He was used notably sparingly during Project Restart by manager David Moyes, playing just 190 minutes, suggesting his long-term future at the London Stadium could be in some doubt.
TBR’s View – Time to sell?
Lanzini’s recent form has been a real disappointment for the majority of West Ham supporters.

It’s been clear to see that his knee injury has affected him, which is a huge shame given he was once massively influential for the London club.
He’s had some great times at the club, but West Ham ought to be thinking about moving the £70,000-a-week player (Spotrac) on while he’s a good age (27) and has three years left on his contract in order to get a decent fee.
