West Ham United have enjoyed a superb season, with Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal two of the Hammers’ standout players.
After an initial loan spell at the London Stadium last season, the Hammers decided to sign Soucek permanently last summer for around £19million.
He was joined by Coufal, his former Slavia Prague teammate, in October.

The right-back joined for just over £5million and penned a three-year deal at West Ham, with the option of a further two years.
According to Czech outlet Ruik – translated by All Nigeria Soccer – the Hammers could potentially be planning a new raid on Slavia, who have also enjoyed a superb season.
Forwards Peter Olayinka and Abdallah Sima, plus goalkeeper Ondrej Kolar, are said to be on West Ham’s radar.
All three have helped Slavia remain unbeaten in the league, with 21 victories from 26 games played, and reach the quarter-finals of the Europa League.
TBR View:
West Ham and Slavia have both enjoyed an incredible season, with the Hammers on track for a top four finish and the Czech side on course for the title, as well as mounting a superb run in Europe.
Should the Hammers succeed in their pursuit of the Champions League, then they’ll need to bolster their ranks to cope with the additional workload, and it makes sense to go for players from a high-flying club with whom they have a good business relationship.
