West Ham United have reportedly made a bid for Nahitan Nandez of Cagliari
According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Irons proposed a loan offer with an obligation-to-buy for £34 million, including bonuses.
It is thought the Serie A outfit are considering the offer, although the player is not pushing for an exit.

Were they to keep him, they would offer him a new contract with fresh terms.
Nandez has only been with the club since last summer, with Cagliari supposedly paying around half what West Ham are offering at the end of their loan proposal.
The Uruguay international has been ever-present for the Italians since his transfer, featuring in 23 games across all competitions.
The central midfielder has contributed one goal and four assists.
TBR’s view – West Ham panicking?
West Ham’s time to get players in is fast running out, and their reported offer for Nandez seems a little desperate.

The 31-cap international, who is a defensive-minded midfield player, is not the most accurate passer, with an average completion rate of just 77.5% in Serie A so far (WhoScored) – lower than both Declan Rice (88%) and Mark Noble (82%).
He also makes less tackles per 90 than Rice and Noble(1.4 to 3 and 1.6), and has somewhat worryingly picked up seven bookings already this term, suggesting he might have a better potential than others to get himself sent off.
West Ham would be taking a real risk inserting an obligation-t0-buy, especially if the club get relegated from the Premier League.
